As a college student, it is very important to have a personal printer. This is the perfect device to help me with the countless papers I need for immediate submissions. So I chose the Samsung SCX-4016 printer for the efficiency and convenience it can provide. It is on the minor details, though, that I fail to think through. I often find myself out of toner and unable to find the exact cartridge for my printer. These situations are stressful but I did learn something important. I discovered the compatibility of various cartridges to different computers. For my SCX-4016, the Samsung 4216D3 toner was the best replacement.

This Samsung SCX printer toner is designed to provide sharp and crisp printouts. Its smooth output on paper is proof that it is well made and high in quality. It is evident on the many papers I've printed out. I appreciate that the print quality is consistent. I noticed very little difference between the first and last page I print.

The toner cartridge is in monochrome and designed specifically for laser printers just like mine. It has a weight of 2.3 lbs that is fitting for its dimensions which is 12.9 in x 6.6 in x 4.6 in. The cartridge is packed with quality ink as it prints 3,000 sheets. It is also compatible with the Samsung SCX-565P, SCX-4116, SCX-4216F, SCX-755P, SF-560 and SF-750 printers.

There are cases of fake printer cartridges nowadays, which is not the same as generic toner. Instead of getting a high-quality product, you end up with a cheap imitation. I can only imagine the frustration of paying for something like that. This also won't bode well with your work. Avoid being a victim by shopping at reputable dealers.

If you choose actual Samsung toner, there is a label that is easily recognizable by its color changes. You will notice that the label will change from clear to cyan. A closer look on the label will give you a picture of embossed characters. These characters change colors too. This time, though, the change is between blue, gold and red depending on the angle you look from. Feel the distinct texture of the characters to verify.

Now, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out how to change the cartridge. I've done this many times with no accidents whatsoever. First is to remove the toner cartridge from the pack. Roll the cartridge gently but thoroughly for maximum copies. You can then open the printer's front cabinet to remove the old cartridge. Slide the new cartridge in until it's locked in place. You can then close the front cabinet. The printer should be good to go.

Right now, Samsung is making an effort to make a greener planet. They do this by recycling old cartridges. This is a good option in putting your used cartridge to better use. But, of course, you always have the option of recycling the cartridges yourself.

I rarely encountered problems using Samsung 4216D3 laser toners. Once I did a little searching online for Samsung toner cartridges, I found some excellent and reputable sites that offered so much value with compatible toner cartridge.
